Toddlers
Even the youngest children can experience stress and frustration. Therapeutic touch can help reduce stress hormones that could negatively impact your little one's immune system. Massage can also be a soothing bedtime routine to encourage sleeping in their own beds, improves their quality of sleep, and strengthen the parent and child bond. When done at home, it can be used to teach your child about safe touch and boundaries, letting them express their own discomforts.
Infants &Minors
Infants and minors ages 0-17 can enjoy the special benefits of a massage too. A parent or guardian must be present during the session.

Infants
Massage can stimulate growth hormone for underweight babies, improve sleep, and gastrointestinal functions. Techniques will be demonstrated to allow parent to continue at home. This encourages interaction between you and your baby and help in the moments your baby can be fussy due to constipation, teething, and colic.

Additional Challenges
Specific challenges, such as autism, attention deficiency, and hyperactivity can show an improvement when massage is incorporated on a regular basis. Children may exhibit less hyperactivity, more on-task behavior, and reduced touch sensitivity and irritability
Adolescents
Massage can help reduce and relieve the discomfort of growing pains. Also, we must be aware that our adolescents can be faced with stressors due to school, peer pressure, family changes, and competitive sports. Regular massages can reduce stress and worry, as well as depression and anxiety.
