Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is a nurturing form of bodywork that centers its focus on the special needs of expecting mothers as their bodies go through physical and hormonal changes. It is also beneficial for mental and emotional changes, the mother-to-be may be experiencing.

Pillows, cushions, and body positioning is used to relieve pressure and  ensure comfort and safety for mom and baby.

Swedish techniques are used throughout the massage, as well as lengthening and carefully stretching the areas that have grown tight and uncomfortable.

Prenatal Massage may help to reduce back and neck pain, reduce anxiety and symptoms of depression, relieve joint and muscle aches, reduce swelling, and enhance quality of sleep.

Foot Reflexology is not recommended during pregnancy. However, a soothing foot massage can aid in additional relaxation and circulation.
