Sports Massage

Sports massage can aid in preparation for upcoming competitions, events, or marathons, enhance performance, and relieve soreness due to over-stressed muscles.

During a session, clients will remain clothed preferably in gym wear, to ensure full coverage while stretching techniques are used. Stretches are used to loosen tense, tightened muscles, improve restricted range of motion, decrease pain and soreness, reduce fatigue, and promote flexibility.
